Cancellation policy: Orders must be cancelled no later than 48 business hours prior to your scheduled delivery date. If you would like to cancel services, you must call us at 800-798-5767. Cancellations will not be accepted by fax, email or voicemail. Our customer service team will provide you a cancellation number. Please keep that number for your records.

Menu/Order Changes: If you would like to make a change to your order/menu, you must call us at 800-798-5767. Please have your order number and changes ready.

Our office hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm. We are closed on Saturday, Sunday and on all major holidays.
